At this time, we only ship within the United States only - FAST AND FREE!
All purchases qualify for FREE SHIPPING! We usually ship your item within 24 hours after your order is placed. All packages will be shipped via USPS 2 - 3 Business Day Priority mail requiring signature confirmation upon delivery. So please make sure that you or an adult is present for a signature at the confirmed shipping address by the time your item(s) may possibly arrive.
Although we offer 2 - 3 Day delivery time; however, not very often, delivery could be delayed depending on the circumstances of USPS service or situations like floods, storms, and other acts of god which might sometimes occur in your area or on the way to your shipping address, which might cause some delay on delivery. Those situations are beyond and are out of our control as well as our mail man's. We would really appreciate your understanding and your kind patience on this matter. Thank you!
Should you need to request even sooner or overnight shipping, please contact us accordingly. At this point, we are unable to provide free shipping service. Fees may vary by shipping destinations. Please contact us for quoting your express or overnight shipping service fee.
Returns are accepted within 7 days if you would change your mind. The item must be returned in the same exact condition as it was sent. There will be a 20% restocking fee for each return. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us within 3 to 5 business days after the return request is approved.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you would change your mind and need to exchange it for the another item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to respective address as advised in our email communication. The same restocking fee of 20% of the total price will apply to your exchange(s).
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
When return(s) occur and you get approval for your return(s), please contact us at email@example.com for an address where you can ship your return(s) to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and shipping labels for returning your item(s).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We suggest that you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
